Refund Policy

At FlowersbyLara, we value your booking and the trust you place in us when you book a workshop, hire our services or purchase flowers. We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected surprises your way, and plans may need to change. That’s why we’ve crafted this friendly refund policy to make your booking experience as stress-free as possible.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Workshop Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the terms and timelines outlined below.

  • Workshop / Class Rescheduling: If we (FlowersbyLara) reschedule or cancel a workshop, you will be entitled to a full refund of your pre-paid fee if we haven’t managed to organise another time with you.

2. Refund Timeline:

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your booking within 14 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: FlowersbyLara incur charges on all bookings made, therefore, if you cancel outside of the 14 day period, but more than 7 days of a workshop, we will deduct our charges from your refund. We will discuss this with you in advance. 

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the date will be eligible for a partial refund of 25%. Under 3 days notice we will not issue a refund except in exceptional circumstances. We will have purchased all materials by this point!

3. How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email address below leaving your full name, the booking email address was made with and a contact phone number as soon as possible.

  • Provide the booking detail (workshop date & time) & the reason for your refund request.

  • We will process your request promptly and provide confirmation of your refund status.

4. Transfer or Reschedule Option:

If you can’t attend as planned but would like to explore other options, you can choose to transfer your registration to a future workshop or reschedule your booking to a later date, subject to availability. Please speak with us about this option.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • No-shows on the day.

  • Cancellations made after the workshop has started.

  • Refund requests made beyond the specified timelines.

6. Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that there may be exceptional situations beyond your control. If you believe your situation is extraordinary and warrants special consideration, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
